We are currently seeking an Application Engineer to join our Engineering and Marketing department. Responsibilities: Participates engineering processes to support Daico products, including design, test procedures, evaluation tests, etc. Technical liaison between customers and company; provides technical support and system solutions. Prepares technical proposals, quotes price and delivery, updates order status and conducts follow-up calls. Manages and directs all phases of the development programs from inception to completion. Interacts with the sales, engineering, procurement, and production teams to review SCD and to ensure customer requirements are met. Meets with customers on-site providing application supports and seeking new marketing potentials. Establishes and maintains contacts with customer regarding technical specifications, determining potential needs and follow-up information requirements. Sustains frequent marketing outreaches and develops booking forecasts. Requirements: BSEE degree or equivalent. Requires strong verbal and technical writing/communications skills. 3 - 5 years’ experience. RF/Microwave product manufacturing or applications knowledge is required. Must be willing to travel.
