Job Description:
Department: Team Support,
Function: Support Engineer Role
1. Providing support to the existing customers
2. Trouble shooting of the software
3.Provide technical guidance to customers and VARs
4. Training to Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
5. Support mostly through our online Customer Relationship Management system and telephone.
6. Maintaining complete records and handle the customer accounts assigned to you proactively and reactively.
7. Achieve a high level of customer satisfactions in the account assigned to you.
8. Ready to learn new technologies
9. May have to travel
Responsibilities:
1 Proactively provide first in class technical support to our VARs and customers
2 Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner
3 Investigate and resolve problems
4 Develop workarounds and techniques for specific situations and communicate them to customers and resellers
5 Help develop and implement web based support initiatives, knowledge bases, technical problem solving techniques, and documentation
6 Conduct webinars/support training to the resellers support staff to enhance their support skill set
7 Diagnose and solve a range of issues, installation, setup, hardware related software issues Experience: On 2D CAD Software Qualifications: Diploma, Degree, Fresh Graduates with Burning desire can apply.
