Summary

Responsibilities Generate Qualified leads that align with company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with customers, through understanding and managing requirements. Drive sales process to result in customer retention. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records. Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects. Co-ordination between customers, members of the sales team and other in-house teams. Requirements BE/ Mechanical Engineering Degree Preferred. Successful sales experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automation, conveyors, packaging machine field. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization. Proven ability to plan and organize work. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Soft Skills Excellent English written/verbal communication skills. Pleasing personality. Team Management. Proficient in MS Office and other Project Management tools. Tech Savvy in using modern communication tools.
