About us We are a company manufacturing subset of NDT testing equipments and accessories Role Definition Engineer- Training & Application is one who is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers wrt non destructive testing, as well as assisting and training employees on technical front and acting as a technical backbone of the company. Technical/Application Support · Support Customers, dealers, and internal teams for any technical queries · Making of Application based video/sheets and share with customer on regular basis. · Understanding customer’s requirements and technical specification. Product Management and demonstrations · Keep updated with competitive data. · Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and functionality of NDT products. · Conducting impressive product demonstrations in Expos and Exhibitions. · Verification of ATPL’s Manufacturing Products as per International Standards. Technical Trainings · Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of NDT products and systems. · Understanding customer requirements and providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post sales stages. · Provide technical training to new joined and existing employees on NDT techniques and use of equipment. Coordination · Coordinate with other teams whenever required. · Assist TL in weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reviews and presentations. Basic Requirements: BTech/BE Mechanical NDT Level II UT, MPT, ECT, LPT Good technical knowledge Good communication & presentation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Non-destructive testing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: NDT Level II in Eddy Current Testing (Preferred) Work Location: In person
