Scope of Work:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining legacy Oracle systems, including databases, Cubic Data Warehouse, APEX, and Oracle Portal.
• Providing expert reporting solutions efficiently and accurately.
• Offering expert guidance for transitioning databases from legacy systems to modern technologies.
• Conducting expert data auditing to identify anomalies and suggest corrections for the state agency.

Mandatory Expertise & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle databases and related Oracle technologies.
• Experience analyzing state agency invoicing data to support the AFR process.
• Hands-on experience handling health and pharmacy claims data from multiple sources, loading them into a Cubic Data Warehouse, and generating ad-hoc reports for executives.
• Expertise in aligning state agency invoicing data with enrollment data for billing and enrollment system audits.
• Experience auditing state agency life insurance billing and collections.
• Knowledge of loading data from DB/c-generated text files into Oracle databases.
• Strong analytical skills to assess medical and pharmacy claims data for potential issues.
• Experience analyzing health, life, and other insurance enrollment data to identify discrepancies.
