Role Overview:

As an HCM Application Consultant, you will work closely with our enterprise clients to implement, configure, and optimize the HCM suite. You will serve as the bridge between HCM project and the client’s HR strategy, ensuring a successful deployment and maximum value realization from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, etc.).
• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into system configuration and design.
• Conduct product workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for client HR teams.
• Configure and customize the the HCM platform to meet specific client needs.
• Provide functional consulting and best practices advice on HR processes and HCM capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve client issues or recommend improvements.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and go-live activities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HCM/HRIS application consulting or HR technology implementation (experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar platforms preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes across hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with HR tech integrations (APIs, SSO, third-party tools) is a plus.
