Job Description

  • Maintain consistency and modularity in application architecture across web and mobile platforms, guiding framework use for scalability.
  • Define, document, and enforce development standards like naming, folder structures, code patterns, and commenting.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, release checklists, and version control strategies using GitHub.
  • Conduct selective code reviews, enforce quality gates, and validate test coverage and maintainability.
  • Drive performance improvements to ensure solutions scale with traffic growth and multi-hospital use.
  • Provide technical onboarding, guidance, and coaching to app vendors; review estimates and validate solution approaches.
  • Guide secure coding practices, close audit findings, and ensure application-level protection.
  • Promote documentation and reuse of components, APIs, and patterns to reduce duplication across hospital apps.
  • Act as the custodian of the application layer, ensuring developed features are easily adopted across hospitals.


The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in application development and architecture
  • Strong expertise in .NET MVC, C#, React Native, Bootstrap, and MySQL
  • Experience with multi-app modular architectures and platform-based delivery
  • Deep familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), and environment management
  • Skilled in managing GitHub repositories with clear branching and merging strategies (Git Flow, trunk-based)
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning, frontend optimization, and client-side debugging
  • Knowledge of design patterns, application security principles, and version control best practices
  • Comfortable reviewing code and giving constructive feedback to vendor teams
  • Experience in agile development with multiple concurrent sprints or tracks
  • Ability to balance fast delivery with long-term maintainability and reuse
  • Excellent documentation habits and commitment to codifying knowledge into standards
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate across Product, QA, Infra, and Ops functions
