Salesforce requirement gathering, drafting business cases, Requirement walkthrough with stakeholders, Requirement documentations and provide clarifications to stakeholders. Salesforce Business Analyst, Good verbal and written communication, Skilled in articulation of functional requirement to technical counterparts and vice versa
