About the Role

This is a hybrid technical-content role combining no-code app configuration, user experience flow optimisation, and problem solving across our proprietary clinical assessment platform.

Initially, you’ll spend most of your time inside our custom content management system, adjusting and building interactive app flows that drive user experiences.

Over time, your responsibilities will grow to include more mainstream low-code tools such as Microsoft PowerApps, and you’ll help reimagine workflows with designers and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise app content flows using our bespoke no-code CMS.
• Investigate and fix UX issues – e.g., flow bugs, device-specific problems, missing actions, or broken content.
• Rebuild existing workflows based on new designs or requirements.
• Translate specs and flow diagrams into responsive, functional experiences.
• Collaborate with design, dev, and support teams to triage issues and enhance functionality.
• Contribute to new feature development through thoughtful content design and implementation.
• Support configuration best practices across the business.
• Participate in internal workshops or training (remote and in-person).
• Handle internal support escalations and cross-team technical queries.
