We are looking for an experienced and proactive Linux/UNIX Systems Administrator to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for managing and maintaining applications running in Linux/UNIX environments, ensuring their stability, security and performance. This role requires working with business customers and software vendors to provide ongoing support and development of applications. The ideal candidate should have solid technical skills, analytical thinking ability and the ability to work in a distributed team environment.

Your tasks

• Administer applications running in Linux/UNIX environments, ensuring their optimal performance and availability
• Managing Linux/UNIX systems, including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with business customers on technical support and application development
• Coordinating with software vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
• Develop monitoring systems and maintain administrative records
• Automate processes to increase efficiency of systems and reduce manual work
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the area of Linux systems administration and business logic work
• Practical knowledge of Linux operating systems, including system administration, configuration and optimization
• Knowledge of networking issues and TCP/IP protocol
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems, including the ability to implement business logic in IT solutions
• Ability to work in a team environment, including as part of a distributed team
• Experience in diagnosing and solving problems at various levels - from application to system levels
• Knowledge of inventory and upgrade processes for systems, software and infrastructure
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residency in Poland required
