We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer/Architect who will work closely with clients, product owners and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.

Key Job Functions:

• Participate in analysis, design, and new development of Appian-based applications.
• Create and maintain various applications built using the Appian Business Process Modelling frameworks.
• Build applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
• Validate the solution against best design practices, work on quick prototyping to get client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
• Perform Appian-specific performance tuning efforts to ensure the design implemented scales well for business needs.
• Work closely with testers/QA teams and the UI/UX team.
• Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Build Appian plugins and Appian embedded interfaces.
• Implement best practices for teamwork within a low-code environment.
• Leverage efficient expressions and data usage for high-performance interfaces.
• Examine good User Experience practices across the entire application plan.
• Identify best practices of quality assurance and testing practices.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
