Apex - Operations Manager

$50K-$65K base salary

The Operations Manager will provide oversight and direction in all aspects of warehouse operations, including management of loading/unloading materials, inventory management, and organization of the warehouse. You will ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the organization. You will maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Apex Energy Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on supervision of warehouse operations including loading/unloading materials
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse facility
• Management and oversight of inventory – installation and material
• Review and audit labor bills daily
• Stage warehouse and provide installers and technicians with job packets
• Call homeowners to schedule installations as needed
• Call homeowners for collections as needed
• Site and Field Audits as needed

• Previous warehouse management experience
• Previous inventory management experience
