🔑 Your Responsibilities

The Community Manager plays a key role in property operations and resident satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Lead and manage all on-site team members and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations and all company policies
• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention programs
• Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
  
  

✅ What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in property management (Tax Credit experience is required)
• A track record of successful leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software (preferred)
• Confidence using MS Office and standard office equipment
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
