As the APAC Regional Marketing Communications Manager, you will bring your strategic thinking, creativity, and experience to develop and execute effective communication strategies that drive business growth and expansion in the region. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies for the Asia-Pacific region. Align marketing communication plans with country-specific go-to-market strategies and priorities to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing development, sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to establish consensus on region-specific priorities, including messaging, positioning, and content strategies. Localize global content to ensure it resonates with local audiences and drives engagement in the APAC region. Create region-specific content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Optimize ongoing marketing communication programs based on performance data and market insights to improve effectiveness and drive results. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats in the market and adapt communication strategies accordingly. Maintain close communication with marketing communication teams in various APAC countries to understand their unique needs and challenges. Collaborate with global teams to synchronize communication timelines and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across the region.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant working experience in marketing communications, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry in the APAC region. Proven track record in strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and competitor dynamics, with the ability to adapt communication strategies based on insights. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex marketing strategies and content clearly and concisely. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outputs.
