* Role: Accounts Payable Specialist - Construction Industry
* Location: On-site in New Hope - no option for hybrid or remote
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, early start (6:30 or 7:00 a.m.)
* Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH) with end goal of converting full time!
* Pay rate: Up to $70K (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor and subcontractor invoices, reconciling statements, and supporting daily AP operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with prior construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Reconcile vendor statements and monthly AP activity
* Maintain accurate records and assist with general bookkeeping tasks
* Monitor outstanding payables for timely approvals
* Process company credit card transactions
* Perform additional duties as needed to support the accounting team
What You Bring:
* 2-4 years of accounts payable experience (construction industry)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* Experience with COINS software is a plus
