Job Details

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of A/P specialists, including remote staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Drive team performance through clear workflows, hands-on support, and ongoing development.
  
  

Accounts Payable Operations

• Oversee end-to-end A/P processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and disbursements.
• Maintain robust internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Review and authorize high-value or complex transactions and support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure proper coding and accuracy of financial data.
  
  

Vendor Relations

• Act as the primary liaison for vendor communications, addressing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, including negotiating favorable payment terms and monitoring compliance.
  
  

Multi-Divisional Coordination

• Oversee A/P functions across multiple business units, ensuring consistency in processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to align on business priorities and support accurate financial reporting.
