Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create high quality animations that are both spectacular and functional.
  • Work with the lead artist and game designers to implement new animations.
  • Help define and enforce artistic quality standards.
  • Own the animation production pipeline and make sure it is properly understood and used by the team.

COMPETENCIES

  • Track record directing, improving, and cleaning up motion capture data.
  • Able to create key-frame animations by hand.
  • Character setup, rigging.
  • Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Imagines, envisions, and devises new approaches, concepts, models, designs and processes.
  • Communicates effectively with the development team.
  • Continuous learner
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Expertise in Motion Builder, Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, and animation
