We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. We are seeking a talented Animator & Motion Graphics Artist to join our dynamic Branding Team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative animated videos that communicate complex healthcare and billing concepts in a simple, visually compelling way. Your work will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, educating audiences, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts.

Position: Animator & Motion Graphics Artist

Shift timings: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Location: Lahore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D animated explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the branding, marketing, and content teams to visualize and animate scripts.
• Create storyboards, character designs, and visual styles consistent with brand identity.
• Animate videos from scratch using software like After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Integrate voiceovers, background music, sound effects, and motion graphics seamlessly.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content for social media, websites, presentations, and paid campaigns.
• Stay updated with animation trends, techniques, and tools to enhance content quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in video animation or motion graphics (preferably in an agency or marketing-driven environment).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing explainer videos and animated content.
• Excellent storytelling, visualization, and motion design skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare or SaaS industries is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with whiteboard animations, Lottie animations, or 3D motion graphics.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, branding strategies, and user engagement.
