Animator with a background in mechanical engineering to join our team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animator with a degree or

diploma in mechanical engineering and experience in CAD animation. The

successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate

animations that bring mechanical designs to life, enhancing our product

presentations, instructional materials, and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animations using CAD software to illustrate mechanical designs, product functionality, and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling animations.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable animation assets.
• Ensure animations meet project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation and CAD software.
• Assist in the development of visual content for marketing and instructional purposes.
• Provide input and support for the continuous improvement of animation workflows and processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in CAD animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to accurately depict mechanical components and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Knowledge of other animation and rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation for product visualization, instructional content, or marketing.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering techniques.
