We are currently seeking a talented Animation and Design Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in video creation, animation, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both motion and static work. If you excel at telling stories through visuals and enjoy working across multiple digital formats, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, illustrations, and promotional materials for digital platforms.
• Develop featured images, blog graphics, and email campaign visuals with strong visual storytelling.
• Produce professional-quality video content from scratch, including promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, and animated graphics.
• Conceptualise and design data-driven infographics to communicate complex ideas clearly and creatively.
• Edit images, create mockups, and finalise assets for digital production.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain consistency across all visual and video content in line with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in video making, editing, animation, and graphic designing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Capcut).
• Strong skills in motion design, video storytelling, and creating high-impact visual content.
• Ability to work in an onsite, collaborative team environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design and animation trends, particularly for social media and digital marketing.

Bonus: Experience with 3D software or advanced animation tools is a strong advantage.

This role is not suitable for Canva-based designers. We are specifically seeking candidates with professional expertise in creating videos, animations, and graphics using industry-standard software.
