Requirement : Android App Developer Location : Hyderabad Opening : 1 Senior, 1 Fresher Requirements Work closely with Project Manager and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverable and time-lines and to ensure timely completion. Work with Project Manager to build and refine graphic designs for client apps. Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into native android templates. Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to Project Manager. Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box, innovative thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients. Technical Skills Required Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Familiarity with RESTful APIs (Like JSON and XML) to connect Android applications to back-end services Strong knowledge of SQLite Knowledge in PHP Has excellent understanding of Android UI Patterns Has excellent understanding for UX based approach Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Work on bug fixing and improving application performance Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Good to have Skills Any cross platform knowledge like Phonegap, Ionic, Meteor Experience in Photoshop, Coral Draw, or equivalent application(s) Knowledge of other platforms like iOS, windows Experience 3 to 5 years
