Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing chemical compounds, and developing new products to enhance our research and development initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in both organic and inorganic chemistry, as well as excellent laboratory skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct experiments to analyze chemical compounds and substances.
  • Develop new products and improve existing formulations through research and experimentation.
  • Perform quality control tests to ensure product compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize various laboratory techniques, including chromatography and spectroscopy, for chemical analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
  • Execute data analysis and interpretation to guide decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to chemical safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inorganic and organic chemistry principles.
  • Experience with laboratory techniques such as spectroscopy and chromatography.
  • Proven track record in research and development within a chemical or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and chemical safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
