The Analyst/ Sr Analyst, Training is part of the Global Sales team within the Commercial division. You will analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business needs.
What You'll Do

- Organize training plan for the sales organization, ensuring appropriate and updated content
- Cross collaborate with subject matter experts of relevant training topics for the sales teams to ensure their participation
- Analyze training data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track training completion, performance metrics, and participant feedback
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on training program improvements based on findings
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance training delivery and content to meet the needs of the organization
- Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with the setup, tracking, and reporting of online and instructor-led training courses through the LMS platform
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective
- Participate in the continuous improvement of training processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Provide guidance to department leaders on training best practices, resources, and tools to enhance employee performance
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, communications, business)
- 3+ years of experience in a training or development role, preferably in the airline industry
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. education, communications, business)
- 5+ years of experience in a training or development role, preferably in the airline industry
- Experience with training program development and implementation
- Experience with data analysis and evaluation
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform training decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with training program development and implementation
- Experience with data analysis and evaluation
