About the role:

Join a fast-paced M&A advisory team executing high-profile, cross-border transactions for global clients. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on deal experience and grow within a high-performing financial advisory firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support live M&A transactions from start to finish, including both sell-side and buy-side mandates.
  • Prepare key deal documentation such as teasers, information memoranda, long lists, and due diligence materials.
  • Build and analyze financial models and company valuations using established methods (DCF, multiples, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research to support strategic recommendations.
  • Liaise directly with clients, investors, and other stakeholders alongside senior advisors.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong project management skills.
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture and assist in guiding junior colleagues as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Up to 4 years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance; internship experience also considered.
  • Strong academic credentials in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or PhD).
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and high attention to detail are key.
