Purpose of the role

WIN Data Science is part of the broader Workforce Insights team. This role is responsible for execution and development of analytics, data visualizations and automation which support and aid in decision making for HR and business leaders globally

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop automated scorecards, reports, and scalable data solutions to support business activators, reducing manual efforts. Assist data scientists with data wrangling, preparation, and visualization to enable advanced analytics.
  • Conduct statistical/machine learning analyses such as regressions, classification, t-tests, and ANOVAs to extract insights from workforce data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and infographics to standardize workforce reporting and reduce ad hoc data requests.
  • Apply programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to optimize data pipelines, automate reporting, and enhance analytical efficiency.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to develop actionable workforce insights aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify industry trends and implement data-driven solutions to improve HR functions and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards while supporting HR workforce data reporting processes.
  • Design and implement tools to facilitate workforce reporting and analytics adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to define requirements for advanced analytics and information delivery.
  • Work around data limitations while maintaining accuracy and relevance in insights.
  • Promote innovation in data analytics, encouraging the use of advanced metrics and automation

Minimum Qualifications

Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters

Preferred Major Area of Study: Statistics / BE / Mathematics /Data Sciences
