Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, IT stakeholders (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Security experts, Infrastructure experts), vendors and contractors to prioritize tasks, conduct requirement study, solution design, technical systems design, coding, testing, documentations to ensure high quality solutions that meet business needs
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of digital solutions including mobile app, corporate website & e-ticketing services as well as ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to best practices including configuration and customization
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting to your responsible applications / systems in order to sustain high level of IT services
• Assist management to perform project planning and budgeting
• Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and business domains of digital customer experience, digital commerce and smart city development
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Experience in automated testing is preferred, with proficiency in .NET & Java programming language
• Familiarity with solution development tools (Visual Studio and Git), Microsoft SQL and experience with Microsoft Azure including CI/CD, DevOps, docker etc.
• System testing and technical documentation
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  
  

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
