Description Analyst - Life Science Consulting Recently named for second year in a row as one of PA's "Best Places to Work", Herspiegel Consulting is a management consulting firm focusing on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our organization helps clients build successful brands from preclinical phases through launch and to formulate and implement brand-specific strategies and programs for in-line brands. Services include brand strategy, market assessment; brand positioning, launch planning, lifecycle management, thought leader identification and engagement, and identification/development of marketing programs and sales force training/communication. Analysts are responsible for collecting and analyzing data to address strategic and tactical sales and marketing issues. As an Analyst, you will: * Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data * Use scientific and industry knowledge to interpret clinical, competitor and marketplace data * Develop and implement models that relate sales or marketing activities to financial results * Design structured communications to present project findings to clients * Participate in and facilitate client and project team meetings to explain analysis results Requirements * Self-motivated * Excellent writing and communication skills * Highly detail-oriented * Extremely well organized * High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel * Ideal: Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries * Preferred: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or Life Sciences * Ideal: Prior experience VIA internships, coops, work studies.
