Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst to join our growing team. The L&D Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of learning programs and initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Program Support: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of learning programs, including needs analysis, content creation, and logistical arrangements
Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging learning materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, workshops, and job aids. This may involve working with various media and technologies
Program Delivery: Support the delivery of learning programs, including logistics, participant management, and post-training follow-up
Evaluation & Measurement: Assist in the evaluation of learning programs through various methods, such as surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis
Vendor Management: Support the management of relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in L&D initiatives
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of learning programs, track participant data, and manage the L&D team’s administrative tasks as needed
Technology Support: Support the utilization of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
Research & Innovation: Stay current on industry best practices in L&D and explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a learning and development or training-related role (experience may be substituted with relevant certifications)
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) is a plus
