Learn more about us at mediacomcable.com Position Overview: The Learning and Development Analyst plays a critical role in managing and maintaining our organization's e-learning infrastructure. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and support of the Learning Management System (LMS), with a focus on reporting and analytics. The role works directly with instructional designers to support training initiatives, monitor engagement and track compliance. Position Responsibilities * System Management * Configure and maintain LMS settings, user roles, and permissions. * Conduct regular audits of content, access, and system activity. * Manage the integration of third party LMS user completions into the system. * Document processes and procedures as needed to establish consistent use of the system. * Collect feedback from users and make recommendations for improvements. Reporting & Analytics * Monitor engagement through tracking learner progress, course completion, and activity logs. * Generate and distribute course completion, engagement, and compliance reports. * Maintain data integrity through routine audits. * Use LMS data to provide insights to training managers. User Support * Provide first-line support for technical issues with the LMS or questions from users. * Send announcements, updates, and reminders via the LMS or other channels. Course & Content Oversight * Create and manage course shells, templates, and modules. * Upload, tag, and manage content including SCORM/xAPI packages, PDFs, and videos. * Coordinate with content creators and instructional designers to keep content up to date. * Assist with maintaining employee and customer knowledgebase using Strapi. Other duties as assigned or required. Position Requirements: * 1-2 years' related experience. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Excel proficiency required (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.). * Exposure to working with or creating macros in Excel and/or Access. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint or related software. * Knowledge of HTML preferred. * Effective time management, problem solving, and organizational skills. * Experience with programs that require accurate data entry, monitoring use, and troubleshooting. * Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. * Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement. Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000.
