Job Description
The Integration Analyst II must possess knowledge of the functions and applications of information systems. Responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting Interfaces between various Facility systems, or between devices and Facility systems to efficiently and effectively assist with the goals of fulfilling business objectives. Responsibility includes operational administration and technical management of all Application Integration Engines and/or Device Integration Engines and associated support workstations throughout the organization
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree or Certification in an applicable area of Information Technology or Healthcare. Three to five years of professional experience in the areas of healthcare information technology application implementation and support or project management. Completion of application Integration Engine and/or device Integration Engine training and/or experience with HL7 required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required in order to participate in multiple projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring they are accomplished within the required timeline and meet project expectations. Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills are required along with effective oral and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Server Based Network Diagnostic Tools is highly desirable, as is experience with technical management and deployment of medical device connectivity hardware (for Device Integration focus). Experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT is also desirable.

St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
