Analyst-Information Services

(This position will involve onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

The Analyst, IIS role will be crucial in managing daily tasks related to Software Asset Management, including Cherwell queue management, handling licensing upgrade requests, and providing support for Adobe Acrobat. Additionally, the Analyst will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all software assets within the organization, including licenses, versions, and installations. This position will also play a key role in the implementation of ServiceNow and the development of the new Software Asset Inventory and associated Software Asset Management processes. Furthermore, the role will support IIS Procurement in requisition creation and other tasks as assigned.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • Experience in software asset management, IT asset management, IT contracting/procurement or software licensing.
  • Familiarity with software lifecycle management, inventory tracking and compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to access software usage and optimize licensing.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience required.
  • Requires knowledge of multi application environments.
  • Prefers experience with databases or clinical systems.
