The Analyst, Codman Specialty Surgical (CSS) Incentive Compensation, will be responsible for the administration of sales incentive compensation plans for entire CSS Division. The Analyst will partner with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Finance to optimize Integra's commission processes. Reporting to the Manager, Incentive Compensation - this position is responsible for the accurate and timely management of Territory Manager and Resource Manager (both in Oracle) in accordance with Corporate and Divisional regulations.
The Resources (people) to be updated will be directly provided by Human Resources (direct employees) and via contracted Sales Representation Agreements with third parties (dealers). The Territory changes (geography) will be collaborative between the Sales Operations Support Analyst, the Business Analyst (franchise specific), and the Regional Sales Manager who will provide direction on the revisions to be made. Analyst will be responsible for the integrity of the system and will work with the Business Analysts & Incentive Compensation Analysts to resolve any conflicts.
This position reports to the Manager, Incentive Compensation, CSS. The incumbent must be self-motivated and have the requisite experience and skills to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
* Support IC Analysts as they process monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses using Integra's incentive compensation system, ensuring that results are accurate, consistent with the Company's approved incentive compensation plans, and delivered on time.
* Perform job responsibilities in compliance with all Integra policies and procedures and maintain appropriate documentation for audit purposes.
* Assist in defining functional requirements, testing, and validating changes to the incentive compensation system.
* Perform ad-hoc reporting as requested.
* Review and understand all components of the incentive compensation plans, and business practices that impact compensation.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the business systems and processes impacted and controlled by the incentive compensation team to ensure business requirements are met.
* Actively participate on cross-functional project teams as required.
* Collaborate with Field Management to design and optimize sales territories.
* Maintain the Territory hierarchy in Territory Manager (TM) and make structural revisions as needed. SME on the TM/RM Oracle systems fully understanding downstream impacts of the design and structure being implemented, especially reporting and compensation. Communicate changes with Business Analysts to ensure we retain system completeness and integrity.
* Maintain Resource Manager (RM) in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure that it always reflects the most current person in the role.
* Update Territory Manager with approved territory changes in accordance with the SF ticketing process. Maintain the integrity of the TM system by ensuring that only valid changes are processed and that they are done on a timely basis and in accordance with Corporate and Divisional requirements.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts to proactively resolve territory conflicts when changes are requested, assist in the updating of Quotas and communicate all changes to the field.
* Accurately extract, transform and format information from multiple data sources using strengths in SQL, Oracle and Excel providing visibility to roles, sales organization structure, and reporting/compensation hierarchy.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Preferably 2+ years of experience with complex data management and calculations, preferably within a commission or payroll role,
* Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience creating ad hoc reports
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to participate in projects that impact sales incentive compensation.
* Strong process management skills.
* Strong Excel skills
* Prior experience using Oracle considered a plus.
