Job Summary:
This Identity and Access Management analyst is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management program, including but not limited to: monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and determining remediation efforts for security risks, events, and incidents, along with continuing the design and deployment activities and further enhancing the PAM solution. This team member interacts heavily with teams throughout the department to make sure requirements are understood and security practices are followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Required smart CyberArk L2 administration engineers with hands-on skills on CyberArk Technology
- Support and escalation points for incidents and troubleshooting related to deployed security technologies
- Provide a process-driven approach to triaging tickets that ensures accuracy and consistency.
- Mentor, advise, and guide associate analysts on best practices, processes, and troubleshooting.
- Interact with customers to ensure accurate requirements are gathered and best security practices are followed.
- Provide security incident handling support and investigation capabilities.
- Identify the severity of security issues, remediate, and/or escalate them.
- Manage privileged session management and associated policies.
- Create and manage platforms, policies, and safes for privileged clouds.
- Manage service accounts, non-production accounts, and test accounts within the vaults.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security systems and procedures.
- Monitoring the health of IAM platforms and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Work experience:
- BE in Computer science/ Information Technology or equivalent, relevant (IAM) work experience 3-6 years.
- Sound technical knowledge of IAM products/solutions viz. CyberArk (PAM), Azure Cloud (PAM), Azure AD, CrowdStrike IDP etc.
- Advanced understanding of privileged access management (PAM), SSO/MFA processes and practices.
- Hands-on experience: CyberArk Component Installation and application version upgrades
- In depth understanding of CyberArk CPM compliance management
- Develop and deliver privileged access management services that meet current and on-going technology needs.
- Deep expertise in platform security, administration, and management, such as Microsoft Windows Server administration and/or Linux/UNIX system administration.
- Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services.
- Experience with Configure Ping Identity with Azure Active Directory B2C for secure hybrid access
- Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of privileged access and account management systems and controls.
- Experience implementing and managing CyberArk, preferably vendor certified. Stay current with IT industry certifications and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking ownership of solutions
- Technical knowledge of networking concepts and/or of security controls and information security concepts (CIA, defense in depth, etc.)
- Technical experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, event correlation, and data analysis
- Technical experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge CyberArk Privileged Access Suite; Secure Password Vault; Central Policy Manager; Privileged Session Manager
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarize yourself with authentication methods, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, application integrations, and SSO integrations.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex systems issues and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced growing and evolving service delivery system.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in 24x7 shifts whenever required.
- Experience on Cloud PAM deployment preferred
- CyberArk- Defender Certification must; Sentry preferred
- Preferred Azure Cloud (PAM) certifications
