Who We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in data & technology—AI tools, automation, and light coding (Python preferred) should feel like second nature.

What You’ll Do


First 30 Days – Learn & Observe


  • Work alongside Tealbox veterans to understand our marketing consulting approach.
  • Gain hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
  • Understand campaign structures, bid optimizations, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.


Next 60 Days – Execute & Optimize


  • Own a portfolio of clients—directly manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Analyze & interpret marketing data to inform campaign performance and optimization.
  • Conduct performance audits and data-backed recommendations.
  • Develop marketing strategies that bridge execution with business objectives.


Beyond 90 Days – Scale & Lead


  • Manage larger, more complex accounts across diverse industries and geographies.
  • Engage in multi-channel marketing strategy development.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
  • Work on cross-functional projects, integrating data science, automation, and creative strategy.


In short: You’ll be responsible for execution, optimization, strategy, and client success.

Our Hiring Process

  2. Technical & Strategy Interviews – Assessing analytical skills, problem-solving, and campaign optimization expertise.
  3. Cross-Team Collaboration Round – Testing adaptability in real-world business scenarios.
  4. Final Leadership Discussion – A deep dive into career alignment, ownership mindset, and culture fit.


Compensation & Qualifications


Salary Range: ₹5–12 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).

Experience: 1–3 years in performance marketing, digital strategy, client success or any consulting experience.


Preferred Skills:


  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business strategy
  • Experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into marketing decisions.
  • Comfort with automation, AI tools, and marketing technology.
