About the Role:


We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Global Revenue Recognition Systems Enablement team. This is a hybrid role that blends finance operations, system support, and service delivery. You will play a key part in managing data automation, supporting internal controls, and collaborating across global teams (EMEA, APAC and US). It’s a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives while building expertise in both operational and technical aspects of revenue recognition.



What You’ll Do:

  • Load and validate data in GRID from various systems
  • Monitor and execute RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes
  • Manage controls in collaboration with internal and external auditors
  • Handle deal allocations, documentation, and support tickets
  • Maintain and update process documentation; provide training
  • Support testing activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Manage user access and assist with Helpdesk Portal allocations
  • Act as a process manager for assigned responsibilities


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Finance Operations/Customer Support environment is a strong advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or RPA management is a plus, but not necessarily required
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage priorities and communicate progress effectively
  • A team player who also works well independently
  • Committed to delivering high-quality results and excellent service
