This role will focus on supporting the ongoing compliance with IFRS and US statutory reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growing in the insurance industry. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Power Query, Alteryx or similar. * In-depth familiarity with technology tools for automation (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning) is a must. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with business segments and other finance departments. * Demonstrates accountability by following through on commitments and effectively managing competing priorities to meet deadlines. * Additional hours may be necessary during peak periods to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Valid authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Pay Range for roles performed in NY: $85,000-$100,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance.
