Your Impact
As a Financial Reporting Analyst at Newmont, you'll play a vital role in preparing accurate, compliant reports that support regulatory filings, tax and royalty submissions, and climate and ESG disclosures. Your work ensures transparency and accountability to stakeholders across the globe.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
* Collect and validate financial and regulatory data for internal and external reporting.
* Support statutory, government, and compliance filings including 5500, ESTMA, ASR, and climate-related reports.
* Act as the first line of QA/QC for financial reporting-spotting errors and ensuring completeness.
* Assist with the implementation of new reporting requirements and process improvements.
* Work closely with senior team members to meet deadlines and contribute to ad hoc projects.
* Assist in the preparation of SEC reports and liaison with Investor Relations.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred)
* Relevant experience in financial reporting, public accounting, or regulatory compliance
* Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statements, and reporting cycles
* Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP-BPC or similar tools preferred
* Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly in writing and in person

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760 - 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
