The American Express Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) department leads the Enterprise Product Analytics and Experimentation charter for Brand & Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition & Membership experiences as well as Enterprise Platforms. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth by enabling efficiencies in paid performance channels & evolve our digital experiences with actionable insights and analytics. EDEA specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the acquisition customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.
