Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Description

• Manage applications as major support on Institutional Banking Group, PU and BSSB
• Act as SME to stakeholders and other team members
• Delivery projects, design and propose solutions for the development of new functionalities, enhancement and maintenance of the applications and services used within the business line
• Work with global/local stakeholders and partners to keep everything from people, contract/SOWs, budget approval, user requirement, testing progress, UAT/PROD incident, go-live activity, and company goals on track
• Support system change processes from requirement gathering through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
• Provide Application/System security management (vulnerability fix/ security patching /ISCD)
• Comply with local/regional DBS and regulatory requirement
  
  

Requirements

• Good command in English
• Effective team player with strong skills in cross-departmental and international collaboration
• Experience with banking systems is a plus
