In addition to compensation surveys, we publish reference materials that help HR practitioners attract, retain and reward exceptional employees. We also provide tools to help compensation and benefit managers analyze market data efficiently and conduct in-depth analysis to aid future program planning.



The role

Maintain and expand assigned Data Services industry, and contribute to reward solution in projects to achieve business objectives



Performance Objectives:

Client

• Provide value-added consulting services for clients and build community relationship to maintain long-term client relationship and expand own client database

• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels


Excellence

• Plan and deliver annual Data Services reports to ensure the report quality and on-time delivery

• Contribute to reward solution projects through continued professional growth for achieving the LOB’s business objectives

• Conduct knowledge sharing or contribute article to professional magazine to build personal brand

• Demonstrate the ability to integrate industry and compensation domain knowledge to provide best solution for clients


Financial

• Meet chargeable hours targets

• Take proactive actions to probe and identify clients’ potential needs to create derivative business opportunities


People

• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams



The Requirements:

A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Social Studies, or a related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field

Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis, and presentation

Experience in quantitative and qualitative surveys is a definite advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI and other data analysis programs

Ability to produce high-quality written work, such as business reports or proposals

Ability to convey ideas in a coherent, fluent, and logical manner

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems

A good team player with a high degree of personal initiative and a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the consulting business
