Perform static, dynamic, and fatigue analysis of aircraft components and assemblies.
Create and refine finite element models (FEMs) for detailed stress analysis.
- Load and Stress Calculations:
Extract loads, stresses, and material data from drawings and specifications.
Conduct sizing of primary and secondary structural parts to meet static and fatigue requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of joints and fasteners, including calculating reserve factors for various failure modes.
- Certification and Reporting:
Prepare stress certification dossiers and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement solutions for potential structural issues, such as low reserve factors or buckling.
Work with design, loads, and certification teams to ensure a robust and safe design.
Develop and interpret test results to validate analytical models.
Utilize software like HYPERWORKS, PATRAN, NASTRAN and hands on design softwares like CATIA.
