You Are:
You are a passionate and experienced engineer with a strong foundation in electrical or computer engineering. Your theoretical knowledge is matched by practical experience, making you a valuable contributor to our team. You excel in a cross-functional environment, collaborating effectively with analog and digital designers, and hardware engineers. You are dedicated to innovation and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every project you work on meets the highest standards of performance and quality.
You hold an Bachelors / Masters/ Ph.D. in Electronics/VLSI/Microelectronics Engineering and have a robust understanding of high-speed analog CMOS circuit design, DSP, and hardware measurements. Your expertise in modeling circuits and systems using tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and Verilog is complemented by your knowledge of communications theory, including equalization, coding, and noise/crosstalk filtering. You are proactive in proposing and designing algorithms to calibrate and adapt transceivers for optimal performance, and you have hands-on experience in silicon qualification and correlation of simulated performance with real-world measurements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Defining architecture and specifications for transmitters and receivers.
- Updating and maintaining SerDes design and system-level models.
- Running system-level simulations to verify design performance across multiple protocols and channels.
- Proposing and designing algorithms for transceiver calibration and adaptation.
- Qualifying and correlating simulated performance with silicon measurements.
- Assisting customers with system-level performance and algorithmic issues.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelors / Masters/ Ph.D. in Electronics/VLSI/Microelectronics Engineering
