Job Title: Analog Circuit Designer
Overview: We are seeking a talented Analog Circuit Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Analog Circuit
Designer, you will be responsible for the design, simulation, and validation of analog and mixed-signal circuits for
various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design meets
performance specifications, reliability standards, and time-to-market goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Analog Circuit Design: Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits such as amplifiers, filters,
oscillators, voltage references, and data converters.
2. Simulation and Verification: Utilize simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence Virtuoso) to verify the
performance of designed circuits under various operating conditions and corner cases.
3. Performance Optimization: Analyze design trade-offs and optimize circuit performance in terms of
power consumption, area, speed, and noise.
4. Documentation: Create comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications,
simulation results, and verification reports.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog circuit design methodologies,
tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles.
3. Proficiency in analog design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, or similar.
4. Experience with analog simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Spectre).
5. Familiarity with layout considerations and understanding of layout parasitics.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in designing analog circuits for high-speed or high-resolution applications.
2. Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics.
3. Experience with behavioral modeling and Verilog-A/AMS.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB for automation and data analysis
