Qualifications

Graduation - B.B.A/ B.M.S

Post Graduation -M.B.A

Experience - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Role & Responsibilities

Part of middle-level team to coordinate/initiate/implement various projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support

through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.

Providing comprehensive support to the Management across all functions.

Investigate and diagnose customer-reported problems, escalating complex issues to the

appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Sales, to resolve

customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the smooth functioning of our SaaS product.

Collaborate with the product development team to identify and resolve any bugs, glitches, or

performance issues.

Provide detailed feedback on product improvements and work closely with the development

team to implement necessary fixes.

Ownership of product assigned. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the product offerings

to customers.

Conduct product training sessions and create user guides/documentation to empower

customers to effectively use our products.

Proactively monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall

customer experience.

Engage with management in broader organizational strategic planning.

Skills Required

Experience working at rapidly growing technology-focused start-up company preferred.

Must have worked with SaaS products

Proficiency is expected in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint at the time of letter generation,

preparing presentations for the demos, create calculation sheets..etc.

Self-starter attitude and enthusiasm when working independently and as part of a team.

High sense of urgency, drive and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Ability to properly multi-task and prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency,

and potential business, organizational, or customer implications.

Excellent communication skills( Reading/writing) in English is must.
