Job Title: AML Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX or Irving, TX and Tempa, FL

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Analyst to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will play a key part in detecting and preventing financial crimes, ensuring compliance with AML regulations, and helping protect our institution and customers from illicit activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transaction monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Analyze alerts generated by AML systems and investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance of AML compliance policies and procedures.
• Perform periodic risk assessments and client reviews to ensure continued compliance.
• Stay current with changes in AML laws and regulations (e.g., BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Operations) to support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
• Support audits and regulatory exams by providing documentation and insights into AML processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Law, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AML, compliance, or financial investigations.
• Strong understanding of AML regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Experience with AML monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize, SAS, FICO, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• CAMS certification (preferred but not required).
