As part of their 2025 global expansion strategy, this innovative organisation is expanding their Singapore presence and are now inviting an experienced AML Advisory Assistant Manager to join their banking division on a permanent basis.

What You Will Do?

• Enhance and streamline AML processes across Transaction Monitoring and KYC, aligning with industry best practices.
• Conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and operational precision.
• Perform data-driven analysis and reporting to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders to drive continuous AML process improvement.
• Support AML system enhancements, implementations, and contribute to business process transformation initiatives.

What’s Expected?

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of AML experience, ideally in a consulting and banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML frameworks including Transaction Monitoring and KYC.
• Previous experience (4+ years) in a reputable technology/management consulting firm.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL/database familiarity is a bonus.
• Exposure to system implementation is desirable.
