• Guarantee all of documents for new process, machine, fixtures development meet IATF16949, VDA6.3, customer requirement, as well meet internal quality standard 确保所有新工艺，设备，工装开发过程中文件符合IATF16949， VDA6.3， 客户要求；同时符合公司内部质量标准
• Responsible for production equipment, automation and tooling at the development phase and mass production phase; 负责开发阶段与量产阶段生产设备, 自动化和工装夹具；
• Create and update WI, process parameters, etc., to ensure that the requirements are consistent with the actual implementation. 制作并更新作业指导书、工艺参数等，保证各项要求与实际执行一致。
• New process planning, development and achieve project target; handover project to serial production on time 新工艺策划，开发并实现项目开发目标；准时将项目移交量产
• Excellence communication with sister plant and HQ; accuracy, on time response and implement activity, technique standard. 和兄弟工厂，总部建立良好的沟通，准确，及时响应执行相关行动及技术标准
• Excellence communication with supplier and understand external industry to get new knowledge and equipment timely. 及时了解外部行业发展，和供应商建立良好的沟通，以便从市场获得最新的知识，装备。
  
  

Key Responsibilities

关键职责

• Responsible for process planning flow chart, and establish P-FMEA; 负责工艺策划制定工艺路线，完成P-FMEA;
• Establish the traceability. 建立可追溯性；
• Maintain process data in K3 management system 维护K3系统工艺数据
• Add proto process flow chart, and Revision of process flow diagram. 增加样件过程流程图,修改过程流程图；
• Responsible for RFQ process planning, investment information 负责为RFQ提供工艺，投资预算信息；
• Purchase request of production equipment both at the development phase and mass production phase , and tooling（jig and fixture）. Plan the standardization of tooling. 开发阶段与量产阶段生产设备和工装夹具的请购；规划工装夹具的标准化；
• Create WI, which contains basic information such as equipment, molds, materials, processing locations, and positioning points. When 1st time producing IE must follow up and train operators. 编制作业指导书,需要包含试做的基础信息，如设备，模具，材料，加工位置，定位点等;第一次生产的时候IE必须全程跟进，并培训作业人员;
• Process verification of production equipment and fixtures, check mpk & cpk, release process. Responsible for external communication, and for the acceptance at the supplier. 生产设备和工装夹具的过程验证，检查mpk和cpk，发布流程。 负责外部沟通，并负责在供应商处的验收；
• Create the first version of mass production WI. Prepare all of documentation during process, machine, fixtures development according IATF16949, VDA6.3 负责量产的初版作业指导书；安照IATF16949, VDA6.3要求编制所有工艺，设备，工装模具开发阶段文件
• Regular meeting with HQ engineering center reporting work progress 和总部技术中心定期开会汇报工作进度
• Others. 完成上级交代的其他工作。 Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels） 职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）
• Engineering degree 工程学位；
• + 3 years experience as process engineering in automotive industry (Tier-1 supplier)
  
  

3年以上汽车行业工艺工程经验（一级供应商）；

• Familiar IATF, VDA 6.3 熟悉IATF16949， VDA6.3
• Fluent in English 英语流利；
• Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD
  
  

具备2D和3D CAD的丰富工作知识；

• Technical education in the area of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electro technology
