We’re looking for a full-time Growth Manager to scale our KDP publishing business. We publish books across multiple genres (children’s, romance, etc.) and languages. Your role will be to handle the business side of publishing — driving growth, optimizing listings, managing ads, and making data-backed decisions.

Experience in either KDP or FBA is encouraged, if you understand how Amazon works, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute strategies to grow our KDP catalog
• Optimize listings (keywords, metadata, pricing, categories)
• Manage Amazon Ads and improve ROI
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with our creative team (writers, designers, translators)
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency (a big plus!)

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience with Amazon KDP or FBA (minimum 2–3 years)
• Business-oriented mindset with strong growth instincts
• Comfortable managing multiple niches and languages
• Proactive, analytical, and organized
• Bonus: Familiar with using AI to streamline workflows
