Title - ALS-U Senior Engineering Associate - Electrical Engineering

Payrate: $55-65/hr on W2

Location: Berkeley, CA – 5 days Onsite Position

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cross-functional project teams to execute electrical engineering scopes of work.
• Develop, interpret, and revise electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Coordinate installation planning, material procurement, and task scheduling with trades and vendors.
• Create clear and detailed work instructions and drawings using AutoCAD and related tools.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with project leadership and coordination of cross-functional teammates.
• Adept documentation management skills

Preferred Experience with:

• Designing and/or installing complex electrical systems
• LOTO & electrical safety
• Troubleshooting control systems
• JIRA (or similar project/task-tracking tool)
• Electrical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD / Bluebeam)
