What You Will Achieve

  • Understand store profiles, clusters and merchandising strategies, and co-work with cross functional teams to build 1st allocation plan and weekly replenishment strategy.
  • Create and execute release plan to meet various launch date requirements across stores.
  • Work with Visual merchandising and sales team to understand store capacity limitation, and work with global supply chain team to understand DC capacity limitation, from storage, manpower, cost etc. perspective, so as to provide weekly projections for replenishment deliverables by day by store.
  • Oversee sales and inventory plan by DC by store, by IP, by category, and flag issues if any.
  • Provide hindsight from store level to support initial buying / reordering decision.
  • Participate in business review and provide actional insights.
  • Develop and maintain allocation and replenishment tools.
  • Lead the training of allocators and share the best practice to ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with offline sales team, to fulfill customers’ needs, and address store needs.


What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5 years allocation relevant experience, DTC experience is a must, and planning / buying experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in data tools (eg. excel, Power Pivot, other ERP systems), and good at template or other tailor-made tools building based on the actual needs.
  • Be sensitive to sales and marketplace, and be able to react in a fast way. Be willing to work under pressure. Ability to travel is required. 4. Logical thinking, details oriented, data driven and analytic skill.
  • Strong ownership and sense of responsibility, curios and passionate, self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills, fluent English is strongly required, Spanish is a good plus.
